Looking for marble epoxy flooring ideas that go beyond white and gray? Think flowing brown ribbons, gold-colored accents or a splash of turquoise.
These pictures give you plenty to choose from, with barely-there veining and patterns that take over the whole room.
You can keep things simple or go all out. Use these looks as color and pattern inspiration rather than proof of a particular material.
A few selected images show tile instead, which is noted below.
Marble-Look Floors Worth Saving
taupe swirls and cream seating
We’re starting off strong with this gorgeous taupe and cream floor. I love the wide brown ribbons curling through the foreground.
The cream sofas and tan cushions pick up those same shades.
Try a pale rug beneath your coffee table if you want to follow this room without covering all that pattern.
dark waves and golden flecks
How pretty is this kitchen floor? The charcoal, brown and pale gray waves are already dramatic, but those gold-colored flecks are my favorite part.
Keep your cabinets white if you want a similar pairing. There’s plenty happening underfoot without adding another big pattern above it.
soft ivory clouds
If you are looking for something a little quieter, this one is for you. The pale ivory floor has cloudy beige patches and fine brownish veins rather than bold stripes.
I’d save this if you like a marble look with very little contrast.
brown ribbons and lamplight
Here’s another view of the taupe living room floor from earlier. I am obsessed with the fine outlines inside those broad cream and brown swirls.
The lamps reflect right across the glossy surface.
Try tan cushions and a simple light-colored coffee table to carry that same palette into your seating area.
turquoise and a teal backsplash
The turquoise in this floor is so pretty with the dark teal backsplash. White fills most of the surface, with blue-green patches and smaller gray and gold-colored details scattered through it.
If you want a colorful floor without matching every accessory, try borrowing just one shade for your backsplash.
fine gray veins and black doors
Don’t want big swirls all over your floor? This white and gray design has finer veining, paired here with gray walls and black doors.
The visible tile joints make this a tile reference rather than a confirmed epoxy example. For your own epoxy design, you could use the fine gray lines and generous white spaces as inspiration.
smoky swirls and a gray island
I love this gray island with the smoky white floor. The broad gray curls are much bolder than the tiny rectangles in the backsplash.
You don’t need to add color to make this idea interesting. I’d keep the white cabinets and gray island just as they are.
bright aqua ribbons
If you’re a fan of blue, this one is worth saving! Aqua ribbons curve through the white floor, with thinner gray markings between them.
The bright wall niches reflect right across the surface.
For your own room, try a few small blue-green accessories rather than matching every piece to the floor.
white bathroom with gray veining
This bathroom is such a pretty white and gray reference. Long gray veins run across the large floor sections and shower walls.
The shower base has a much smaller mosaic pattern.
This image shows a tiled bathroom, not a verified epoxy floor. Save it for the veining and color pairing rather than as an example of an epoxy shower installation.
deep brown and copper-colored waves
Want something much darker? This floor mixes deep brown with copper-colored curves and thin cream streaks.
I especially love the wavy bands crossing the middle.
I’d pair a pattern like this with pale walls and simple furniture. The floor already gives you plenty to look at.
cream with branching brown veins
This is another pretty way to bring brown into a pale floor. Instead of broad ribbons, darker branching marks spread through cloudy cream sections.

The pattern continues around the central column and into the hallway. Keep that wider view in mind when choosing how much veining you want across connected rooms.
white with barely-there lines
Don’t want to go overboard with the pattern? No problem!
This mostly white floor has just a few long, faint veins beside the dark kitchen cabinets. I love how much plain white space is left between them.
charcoal with subtle waves
If you’re looking for a darker floor without gold-colored accents or bright white streaks, this charcoal palette is worth a look. The gray bands are broad but subtle.
For a furnished version, I’d try a cream sofa and a pale table against these darker shades.
gold-colored ribbons and bold swirls
This one definitely doesn’t hold back! White, black, gray and tan swirl together beneath thick, sparkling gold-colored ribbons.
I love the detail, but I’d keep surrounding accessories simple if you choose something this busy. The white cabinetry here gives you a good starting point.
pale hexagons and green walls
The dark green shower walls and gold-tone fixtures are gorgeous together. Look down, though.
This image shows pale hexagonal floor tiles, not a marble epoxy design.
Keep this one as a bathroom color reference only. If you want an epoxy floor inspired by the palette, discuss a pale cream option separately rather than treating the tiled shower base as an epoxy example.
teal clouds and golden patches
This is a similar blue-green idea to the kitchen above, but this view gives you more detail. I love the little teal dots between the larger cloudy patches.
Gray areas and gold-colored accents break up the white too. Save this view if those smaller markings are what you want to show your installer.
pink swirls on white
Who says you have to stick with neutral colors? The pink swirls in this floor are so pretty, especially with the pale gray and muted gold-colored lines running between them.

I’d keep the furniture mostly white or cream if you want the pink to stay the main color in the room.
amber swirls and ornate trim
I am obsessed with this amber and cream combination. The floor has feathery brown swirls beneath all that decorative wall trim.
If you already have detailed paneling, this is a lovely reference for a more dressed-up room. There’s nothing understated about the pairing!
bold black veins at the entrance
This entry floor may just be my favorite black and white combination here. The thick black veins curl across a white background, with fine white lines inside some of the darker sections.
The black double doors look so good beside it. Try repeating that dark shade in your door or a small entry table.
pale gray waves and golden details
Last but definitely not least, we have this pale kitchen floor with broad gray swirls. I love the little gold-colored details tucked into the curves!
The gray island and white cabinets keep the rest of the room simple. Save this one if you want sweeping patterns without the deep black or brown of the darker designs.
